io. gli spaghetti , per servire ( avrete bisogno di circa 100g per porzione )

Per la salsa

a. 3 cucchiai di olio d’oliva

b. 4 spicchi d’aglio schiacciati ,

c. 4 x 400g lattine di pomodoro tritato

d. Vino rosso 125ml (opzionale )

e. Zucchero semolato 3 cucchiai

f. ½ un grosso mazzo piatto foglia di prezzemolo , tritato finemente

g. qualche foglia di basilico (opzionale )

Metodo

1. Prima di tutto le polpette. Dividere le pelli di salsiccia e spremere la carne nella vostra ciotola grande. Aggiungere il trito, cipolla, prezzemolo, parmigiano, pangrattato, uova sbattute e un sacco di stagionatura. Mettere le mani dentro e mescolare insieme davvero bene – più si spremere e schiacciare il trito, il più tenero le polpette saranno.

2. Scaldare il forno a 220C / 200C ventilatore / gas 7. rullo la miscela macinata in circa 50 polpette golf-ball-size. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
