Step 1 Preheat the oven to about 375°F. Cut the squash in two pieces vertically from one end to other. Scrape out all the seeds and pulp with the help of a fork. Brush the squash inside with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and season with required salt and pepper.
Step 2 Bake the squash for approximately 60 minutes or unless you are able to peel off the squash flesh with little resistance to get long spaghetti like strands.

Step 2 Take a saucepan with half of water, adding small chunks of squash in it. Place it over high heat to boil it for 2-3 minutes and then lower down the heat to tender the Squash for next 15 minutes. Keep testing if it is done.
Step 3 Drain off all the water from the squash and place it in a serving dish.
Step 4 Season the Squash with 1 tsp. of cinnamon, pepper and salt to taste. Place small pieces of unsalted butter over the hot Spaghetti squash. Enjoy when its hot.

Microwaving to Cook Spaghetti Squash:
Step 1 Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scrape out all the seeds and pulp with the help of a fork/spoon.
Step 2 Apply one tablespoon of butter on each squash half. season the squash with salt, pepper and paprika according to your taste
Step 3 Wrap the squash in plastic wrap loosely and pierce the wrap several times with the help of fork.
Step 4 Microwave to Cook Spaghetti Squash for 20-25 minutes or poke it to see if it’s tender. When done, enjoy as is it or add some seasonings to make it more delicious.

Step 3 Take out the Spaghetti Squash from the steamer an let it cool down a bit. Remove the squash flesh form it’s skin, to get spaghetti like strands in a bowl. Add salt and pepper according to your taste, olive oil/butter, and your favorite flavors, seasoning it at last with grated mozzarella cheese and basil on top.
