Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients of Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients for 250gm Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
250gm Dried Spaghetti
1 lb Ground Beef
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Medium Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Fresh Chopped Tomato
1/2 cup dry white wine
400 grams canned entire tomatoes
½ Tablespoon Salt
¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper
Fresh oregano for Garnishing

Instructions to Cook Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Step1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add olive oil for your ground beef to fry. Fry the Meat until it turns golden and crispy.

Step 2: Add Onions and Garlic. Fry it on low heat until it turns brown.

Step 3: Add Chopped Tomatoes, Canned Tomatoes and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on slow heat.

Step 4: Add Dry White Wine, Salt, Black Pepper and stir, for about 2 minutes.

Step 5: Add 1 Cup Water and stir. Put the lid on leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes until the flavour develops into a rich flavoured tomato sauce for your Spaghetti.

Step 6: While your Traditional Sauce is getting ready, add salt to a pan of boiling water and cook the Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.

Step 7: Once the Spaghetti is ready, drain it and add into your sauce. Stir it for 2-3 minutes till the spaghetti coated into the tomato sauce.

Step 8: Serve it with Fresh Oregano.
