|500gm Dried Spaghetti|
|500gm Minced Beef|
|2 Tablespoon Unsalted butter|
|1 Medium Chopped Onion|
|1 Medium Chopped Carrot|
|1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic|
|1 Cup Red Wine|
|2 Cup Beef Stock or Chicken Stock|
|500gm Canned Tomato Paste|
|½ Tablespoon Salt|
|¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper|
|Fresh Herbs for Garnishing|
[Note: You can either take Beef or Chicken Meat or Beacon too.]
Steps for Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese
Step1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add butter for your beef to fry. Fry the Beef until it turns golden and crispy.
Step 2: Add Onions, Carrots and Garlic. Fry it on low heat until it turns brown.
Step 3: Canned Tomato Paste, Red Wine, Salt, Black Pepper and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on slow heat.
Step 4: Add 2 Cup Beef Stock and stir. Put the lid on leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes until the flavour develops into a rich flavoured tomato sauce for your Spaghetti.
Step 5: Add salt to another pan and boiled the water to cook the Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Step 6: Once the Spaghetti is ready, drain it and add into your sauce. Stir it for 2-3 minutes till the spaghetti coated into the tomato sauce.
Step 7: Serve it with Fresh Herbs to Garnish.
