|500gm Dried Spaghetti|
|4 Smoked Streaky Bacon (finely diced)|
|2 Tablespoon Unsalted butter|
|1 Medium Chopped Onion|
|1 Medium Chopped Carrot|
|1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic|
|1 Fresh Chopped Tomato|
|2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar|
|1 Cup Water|
|½ Cup Tomato Sauce|
|½ Tablespoon Salt|
|¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper|
|½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan|
|Fresh Herbs for garnishing|
Steps for How to Cook Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Step1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add butter for your bacon to fry. Fry the Bacon until it turns golden and crispy.
Step 2: Add Onions, Carrots and Garlic. Fry it on low heat until it turns brown.
Step 3: Add Chopped Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on slow heat.
Step 4: Add Tomato Sauce, Herbs, Salt, Black Pepper and stir, for about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add 1 Cup Water and stir. Put the lid on leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes until the flavour develops into a rich flavoured tomato sauce for your Spaghetti.
Step 6: While your Tomato Sauce is getting ready, add salt to a pan of boiling water and cook the Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Step 7: Once the Spaghetti is ready, drain it and add into your sauce. Stir it for 2-3 minutes till the spaghetti coated into the tomato sauce.
Step 8: Serve it with Grated Parmesan Cheese and use the Fresh Herbs to Garnish.
