Facts: Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the popular Italian dishes which is a form of Pasta. The Spaghetti is made from different kind of flour and water, which is then cooked in a pot of boiling water. The difference between Pasta and Spaghetti is that Pasta is made from Semolina flour whereas Spaghetti is made from any kind of flour. Whereas, Spaghetti Bolognese is a recipe which is made from Spaghetti or say “noodles” and lots of sauces and Meat. Different Kind of meat used to make different kind of Bolognese. Ingredients on How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese
|Spaghetti Bolognese for 2 Servings|
|150 gm Spaghetti|
|250 gm Tomato Paste|
|1 Tablespoon Olive Oil|
|125 gm Minced Meat|
|1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)|
|1/2 White Onion (Diced)|
|50 gm Red Wine|
|1 Pinched Chopped Herbs|
|1 Pinch Salt|
|1 Pinch Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes|
|1/2 Cup Water|
|50 gm Parmesan Cheese|
Steps on How to Make Spaghetti Bolognese
Step 1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add Olive oil to fry Onion & Garlic. Fry it for a minute.
Step 2: Add Minced Meat and stir fry. Fry the meat till it turns brown.
Step 3: Add Tomato Paste, Red Wine, and Water in it and stir for a minute then add Salt and Pepper in it.
Step 4: Reduce the heat to low and cook the bolognese for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 5: Take a pan and Boiled the Spaghetti. Drain the spaghetti after 2 -3 minutes.
Step 6: Add the spaghetti into the bolognese sauce and toss gently.
Step 7: Serve it with Parmesan Cheese and fresh Herbs over it.
