|1 pound Dry Spaghetti|
|1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil|
|1 medium onion (finely Diced)|
|2 garlic cloves (finely Diced)|
|1 celery stalk (finely Diced)|
|1 carrot (finely Diced)|
|1 pound ground chuck beef|
|1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes|
|1/2 cup beef stock|
|1/4 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley (finely Diced)|
|8 fresh basil leaves (finely Diced)|
|Salt and black pepper|
|1/4 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano|
Steps for Simple Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Step1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add olive oil for your beef to fry. Fry the Beef turns brown.
Step 2: Add Onions, Carrots, celery stalk and Garlic. Fry it on low heat until it turns brown.
Step 3: Can Crushed Tomato, Salt, Black Pepper and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on slow heat.

Step 6: Once the Spaghetti is ready, drain it and add into your sauce. Stir it for 2-3 minutes till the spaghetti coated into the tomato sauce.
Step 7: Serve it with Fresh Parsley and Grated Pecorino Romano.
